If I were you, I'd buy 2 cans of plasti-dip, black out the grille, bumper, and rims.
Also I'd go with the sharkfin atenna and debadge.

Those are just some of the easiest/cheapest mods that can look REALLY good if done correct.

Lol I'll be honest.. turbo'd lancers don't make any sense to me
It's a 4 cylinder 2 liter engine with 170 hp. If you wanted a fast car you shouldn't have bought a normal lancer. If you had the Ralliart or Evo X it might be a different story.
But if you want a turbo and you like working on cars, more power to you.

If I wanted a fast car I would have gotten a used V6 but I wanted a sexy ass car so I got a Lancer and can live with it being slightly slower

debadge, HID = a must!, 3rd breaklight overlay is cheap and plastidip is a cheap wat to black out your rims/ front if that's something you're looking to do

When people debadge, they take off their "Lancer" and "Mitsubishi" badges in the trunk. Typically

But that totally sucks about hitting the animal dude.. It might turn out good though. If you can shell out the cash for an RA front bumper that would save you some time from modding. No more having to black out the bumper and you get the chrome around the lip. I don't like the normal chrome on the DE, ES, and GTS but the RA looks really good.

And as for debading you have a few options. Easiest way to take off the "Mitsubishi" "Lancer" and Lancer logo is to wait for a hot day (85+) and just run fishing line behind the badges. Most people take off all 3 or leave the logo. When I do mine though I'm thinking about just leaving the "Lancer." Completely up to you though. Just remember, once you take them off, their off lol.
