Ah why's everything got to be in Cali :cry:

 

It sux doesn't it??? It also explains why all the cars are showing huge gains from exhaust and intakes. The cars in Cali are a lot more restricted, so of course when its removed it will show gains. Thats why on a Cali Lancer an intake will show 10+ hp but on a Texas Lancer it will show 5+.

 

Nothing new, they've been needing R&D for a while now and there is already someone in socal who took up the offer already.

The number was just a figurative example. What I was trying to say, is don't expect the same amount of gains as the Cali cars. You will see slightly less most of the time.

 

Gotcha
