hahah nice, but hey we haven't seen snow here since 1996, you have it every year.. so if an inch get here i am happy!
I wish I could still say I look forward to snow. At this point I'm just sick of it (haven't been able to wash my car in over a week, it's snowed about 7 times in the past 2 weeks)
what ppl dont seem so realize is that we havent seen anything white here since 1996 thats 12 years! so if anything even flurries fall i get excited! Dont forget i used to live in poland where, -30F was nornal and 5+ ft of snow, since we didnt have any plows in my small city i used to get barried in the snow
We got tons of snow but thank for God for our 100 degree summers haha. I couldn't survive if it was cold ALL the time. Not to mention those stock GTS tires are absolute CRAP in the winter
i am born and raised northern va near dc i remember the blizzerd of 96 i was 10! we didn't go to school for like a month! it was amazing! but sumer sucked! cause we had 2 weeks off than school started again to make up for lost time! that was an amazing winter! i love snow but i hate cold weather! i would much rather be in shorts sandels and a t-shirt (that sports LancerTuners.com) LOL :mrgreen: how much snow did u guys get? i can't even remember!
we had 6-7 inches here in 1996 which for some ppl isnt much, but it paralyzed the south. Back in 1989 myrtle beach had 3 feet of snow.
well i know in our case in northern va we don't see snow much and if we do it's a light dusting. that being said if we were to get just 3-4 in. stuff is getting shut down cause they don't keep the man power on hand to deal with something like that! limited trucks for many roads!
yeah it is snowing here too, i cant imagine it at myrtle beach though lol, Personally I'm pissed off at the snow and cold weather in general, first it hurt my car (black ice), then today it hurt my knee, (previous knee injurys) knee cap partially dislocated in the parking lot at work! 8O haha sucks, and kind of hurts. lol
ya i am kinda happy norfolk area isn't getting anything! mainly beacuse i am on duty tonight whick means i sleep on the boat to night and is the division didn't have to come to work tomorrow because of the storm than because i am allready here i get to stay for another 24 hr! glad know it look's like i'll be sleeping next to my wife wed. night! LOL!
I remember going to Florida sometime in the 90's and we stopped in North Carolina for the night and woke up to snow and we were mad cuz that's what were TRYING to escape :lol: I haven't been on the east coast of the US in about 13 years... I kinda wanna see what Checker's tastes like again haha and Cracker Barrel! And shop at Winn Dixie... LOL
i loved it, i had a snow ball fight with my brother, yall the last time we had snow i was like 6, or seven, im not to sure, but i remember it and it was great. this year was nice, i loved it, sorry didnt have time to take pics.
i remember that in 89 we had just moved to GA from MN. i hate snow, but i hate the cold more. 96 uuummm i was in florida, working on okaloosa island (fort walton beach). no snow
I remember that snow in 1996 that was the year I graduated from Conway High School. I called my mom in Conway last week all excited like I heard ya'll got snow. Houston got snow this year too well it snowed on my way home but stopped by the time I got home from work.
