Well my gf and I went to the Nissan dealership in town and just started looking around. I've always wanted a blacked out 350, but never thought I had the money to afford it until I saw one .. 2006 350 Roadster, 56,000 miles, black leather, navi for $18,900. I talked to the dealer and it'd cost me an arm and leg to trade in my Lancer for this so I'm probably going to fix the Lancer up, repaint it and put it up on the market for sale within the next couple of months. Personally, I like the Lancer and love putting my time and money into it but I just figured way not get something with a little more power to work on!
I know how you feel. I love 350's, but is the Roadster the convertible? If so, I'm sorry, but that thing is ugly. I'm not too big of a fan of convertibles all around though. Except for the Miata and S2000. But, ya gotta do what ya gotta do sometimes. Lol. And blacked-out 350's look sick as hell.
I went in to my dealer last week because they had 2 new 09 Ralliart Lancers instock and I wanted to trade up. The ralliarts were marked down 3000 from mitsubishi, 1500 from the dealer and it is double loyalty so I would have gotten another 1000 off. My lancer shows up at 17k on KBB, and 18k on edmunds but they only wanted to give me 10500....what a rip off.
Yeah it sucks how much Mitsubishi's value drops. I really want a 350z but I have to wait until we get our new computer paid off and until I can get my fender fixed .. but her insurance isn't doing its job right now. So that's causing me to wait even longer to get it done .. if I do decide to keep this car until later then I'm buying my GT Concept fenders and my 8K HID (HI/LO/FOG)
I've been trying to sell mine for a month now with no luck.... I'm sure the stars throw people off but I keep sayin' they come off easily... they're just vinyl stickers...
maybe it has somethin to do with that stupid rating they released saying that the lancer is in the top 5 worse cars or w/e lol
ah you mean the one that toyota released to cover up for the gas pedal thing that they knew about and still sold cars that had this problem? haha yeah if you notice every car they compared the "waste of money" cars with was a toyota ..
