    Hi . . .
I'm new to this forum, I've got a black 08 Lancer GTS with CVT and Sun & Sound. I like the car, but I've got to say Mitsubishi customer service is poor, in TO anyways.

I was just wondering if anyone had the following issues:

    1. Two of my wheels have over 20 lead weights on the inside of the RIM. When I asked my dealer to replace them (given its a new car and it shouldn't need so many weights to balance the wheels - if they were made well), they said its normal, and that they wouldn't replace them. Theres no vibe in the wheels, but, is this actually common for Mitsubishi? Has anyone dealt with this? I'm going to fight it, just wondering if anyone had the same issue.

    2. I just noticed that when I use the sportronic/paddle shifters, the engine wont go over 3000rpm when in 6th. I can floor the pedal and nothing happens, no increase in speed (120km/hr at the time) or RPMS. Haven't talked to them yet about it, I just noticed it.

    Welcome mattsg,

I agree the M customer service is horrid where I got mine also.

    1. I have not noticed that.. I need to go check mines when I have a change.
    2. I have never tried that yet.. atleast until my engine breaks in.
