Resetting the maintainence

    Does anybody know how to reset it ? i want to change it to 3000 instead of having it at 8500 or does the dealer have to do this

    i did it once not quite sure what i did hah but i think i know what your talking about if you hold the info button down for a few secods itll give u some choices if u hold it again once your there it should reset it atleast thats how i did mine i was just messing one day and it just change it lol

    i did it several times for the guys in so cal...its a lil complicated to explain but it can be done and you do not have to go to the dealer.

    The simple way is to. Once you hit your 3000 and want to reset have your key out of the ignition and hold your info button in and it will reset and thats it the easy way. I am not sure if you can actually change the setting placed by mitsu but ive not looked at everything in my manual. Anyone??

    i tryed setting it to 3000 but i kept getting a bunch of different numbers so i gave up :( and left it at 4700 so im just going have to do it when its needed
    but thanks guys for the help

    I would like to know about this too. I think mines still show 15000.
