Question about wiring harness between trim levels

I was just wondering if the DE/ES/GTS share the same wiring harness as most other manufacturers models of different trim levels do. For example, my old vehicle was a 98 Sebring LXi (top line) and the sub level trim(s) had the wiring in place for things that didn't come standard, like power seats. To get the power seat option all you had to do was get the seats, bolt them in and hook them up.

The reason I ask is because I'm looking into getting a set of fogs for the DE and have seen them offered with the wiring harness and switch. It's not really an issue but thought I'd try and get a definitive answer on whether the DE already has the wiring in place for the fogs.
