i check the site and i did not find my answer. I have the CVT, but when the car is in motion can i switch to the paddle shifters from the "D"? oh and how is it best to shift?

When I worked for Enterprise Rent a Car we had many with the shiftronic stuff. I was always switching them between the auto/manual shifting options. I dont know what this does to the car, but then they werent mine anyways :D

i have the CVT GTS and you dont even need to switch it over. you can just start using the paddles while in "D" and to go back to normal driving you have to hold down the upshift paddle and it will go back to drive.

but to answer your question, it is ok to switch while driving.
