People With Window Decals, Please Read!

    What's the best way to wash you car? I just put them on a couple of days ago and my car is uber dirty, but I don't wanna make the decals fall off or anything.

    i just wash mine normally and they dont come off

    i have lazer washed mine and hand washed no wear at all

    Just wash your bad boy or bad girl and everything should be fine! I even made some homeade stickers with stickey paper and those dont even come off!

    Using Hydrogen Peroxide helps clean it even more. Clean the spot normally, and then clean it with the peroxide, and youll see how much more dirt comes off.

    umm... won't H2O2 eat ur paint? maybe thats y it takes so much dirt off... cuz it takes the paint off too?

    I'm still tryin to figure out how to take the residue off around the Streetglow one lol. So for now it looks like a rectangle!

    i have those same streetglow ones, came with my neons that im trying to sell. anyways ive been in so many carwashes and nothing. its been there almost a year now

    I washed my car in one of those hand bay thingers today, they stayed on, so.. hooray! lol

    its when u take a death lazer and just wiggle it around all over ure car like ure raving, duh... :lol:

    a laser wash here is just a car wash that uses infrared to measure your car with the "eyes" and it is all brush less. But i go to the full service car wash in the ext town where my friend works. FREE CAR WASHES. haha

    I used Windex AUTO and Rain-X 2 in 1 cleaner, took off residue, and my decals are fine about 30 car washed later (brush and brush-less) ... haha. Got to wax my windows for the hard water spots too..... they suck :evil:

    One more tip is that i used the Meguiars Ultimate Quik Detailer after waxing, and each car wash and it is amazing. Water rolls of the car like nothing wash after wash, plus it takes off lite dust without scratching- say after driving over the parkway like i did to go to Rod Run- muscle / classic car show. Best product i have found so far.

    i have a total of 7 decals on my car, and i take it every week to a drive thru car wash and they are still there... plus the window ones, i lower my windows every day and they dont get messed up...

    btw, i need a LT decal to make it the 8th lol
