Does anybody know if the hood they are putting on the 08 evo "x" is going to be available. I know RRM and bodykits.com have similar style hoods. But I like the style of the OEM one bc of the 2 small vents in the front and the 1 in the center. Thanks

Accolades website has a full conversion kit of the EVO X. When I asked them, they said it's OEM EVO X pieces that will fit perfectly on our Lancers.

They used to have it for sell individually, but there website has it for sale as a whole. But you can contact Accolade and ask about special prices for individual pieces.

    *EDIT:

Heres the link to the page of the EVO X conversion kit.

i thought that might not nessarily be true

isnt it steel, i mean its no cf hood, but i thought that the weight would be around the same as something like a VIS cf hood or even seibon, because both VIS and seibon both just basically have a sheet of cf with fiber glass and what not

    correct me if im wrong

also i thought that the accolade kit doesnt come painted? hood im not 2 sure

No, I don't think they do come painted. When I e-mailed them, they said they do not come painted, but are ready to be painted.

Whatever ours are made out of, theirs are too. Just with the vents.

Which is still heavy. Where did you find this. Everything I read was saying it was pressed sheet metal.
