I have a 09' Black GTS already and you will like it but dual exhaust? unless your having it done custom i dont think it will be happening because the only exhaust systems there are for it are the Works, Greddy, Injen, RRM, and etc. My Lancer is stock as of right now as well but i plan on buying the RRM Intake and a Axle-back exhaust system in the next week or two. Really there isn't to much out yet for the 09' due to the engine being bigger than the previous year.
thanks for the welcomes! I just love the look of the dual exhaust on the evo. im sure there will be something in the near future for the gts....i hope..lol i've just always loved the look of dual exhausts.....im comming from a 350z.
Your coming from a 350Z? what happened to it to make you go to a lancer? Id kill to have a 350Z but its more expensive than an Evo X.
for real????? 350z is a nice car. I'm 18 and have to pay for all my own stuff and the GTS is the most practical car for me because its not really to pricy new and it gets pretty good gas mileage and its a fun car to drive. I'm with you I hope they will come out with a dual exhaust for the GTS. I'm 6' 6" so finding a car that is fun to drive and affordable isn't really very easy for me but the lancer is so thats one reason I bought it.
Welcome. I myself was thinking dual way back, but im going to go with the header and Axel back. Im more of a sleeper i like power without alot of noise, and my Miss would kill me if i installed a Cat. Also would you not have to replace or modify the rear bumper to accomodate dual exhaust. But i will agree the duels on the EVO are really sweeet. We have 5 of them rolling around Halifax, Dartmouth and more on the way.
Yes it was tough giving up the 350z. I had no choice, kid on the way and the gas prices are increasing by the day here in Vancouver, BC. I had an 03 350z and you can buy these here for about $18,000 , they are dropping dramatically in price here.
