For some odd reason my A/C plug the Cigar lighter one won't work anymore and I don't know whats wrong with it... All I did was plug in an A/C adapter so I can play my 360 in my car. I got the one that they recommended at Best Buy and they said it should work with no problems. It was working fine for the first 30 seconds and then it just shut off. I figured I blew a fuse but I checked the fuse box and its not blown.. The dealership said check the fuse... I asked Best Buy and they don't know whats wrong with it either.... Its not the adapter cuz it still works. So does anyone else have any suggestions? By any chance is there another fuse one the back of the port that I need to check? Thanks

There is usually a "Bus" type fuse in the actual devise itself. Check to see if that one is blown or broken. Unscrew the spring-loaded contact if possible... The fuse should be inside.

    Hope that helps.

thats what i was thinking/hoping... now my question is how do I get it out to check it? You are talking about the port on the car right? Or are you referring to the device I used? If your talking about the device, I already checked it and it works fine its the outlet on the car that doesn't work.

im pretty sure the xbox's require alot of power. You could have fried the wires, but usually the fuse blows first. Yeah, like they said above. Pull it out and take a look. Your better off buying an inverter the hooks up directly to the battery for something that requires as much power as the game consol's. Just a guess

pull the 2x3 square thing behind the shifter out, then stick your hand in there and pull back and up (open your console lid first). that should reviel 2 scrwes. u can get it from there.
