did somebody put a hp chip or muffler on 08 lancer yet. i just need to know if chip is working and does the muffler sound nice on it, because the noise coming out of the engine when accelerating doesn't sound nice on stock exhaust < all new lancers have that noise? or its only mine ?
Those chips usually dont work, mostly all they do is make your car seem like its in WOT when driving normally.
^agree those "hp chips" are straight booty!!! Not a good idea to purchase. It is a waste of $6.99 + shipping, lol
Go to a local electronic store and buy that same chip for $0.25. At least save yourself the money....
alright but what about the noise and muffler. i would put muffler because i dont want to hear that sound when accelerating and i dont want it to be too loud, just like a bmw with muffler or gti < it still little loud inside of gti with only muffler putted on. got any advises?
i got stock muffler and it makes weird sound when accelerating...i think its the muffler but i dont really know. im asking if i put other normal muffler or racing one or one that u r selleing on this forums will it still make that weird sound
get a muffler, take a look at my pics,they sound really nice bro,dont be afraid to experiment...... :lol:
