just a quick question about a leased vehicle, i heard something somewhere about not being able to leave the country since the vehicle is leased and not actually 'yours'

wanna know since i plan on going on a roadtrip to Cedar Point in Ohio

i'm from canada too and i've never heard that b4, look at your lease contract, it would state that there if that were the case or not. i know you have to buy a certain amount of coverage and make sure you keep servicing up to date but thats about it. i used to drive my old car(leased) down to seattle, tacoma all the time. hope that helps

People do it all the time. I wouldn't be worried about it that much. Just go and have fun. You are able to use the vehicle as you intend to use it, and that includes vacations. I mean you'd (if of legal age) be able to rent a car and drive it across borders can you not? So a leased vehicle would be even less a worry.
