Thats right. Im going for it. This weekend I'm taking the door panels off and Im gonna be work my KNUTZ off to make molds of them. The reason for these molds is so that I can make C.F. door panels. Yes full door panels not just inserts or moldings, but the entire door panel. Since I like the red look, I will be spraying a red candy over the C.F. giving it a deep rich red look to it. With a glass like finish. These molds will be strong enough and durable enough to make more panels. So if any 1 is interested in having some for themselve, please let me know and NO they will NOT come in collors. Just standard C.F. finish. So I will be workn hard to havem done by the BBQ! * oh! I dont know a price yet. So please hold back on that question till I post finished product. I will be posting pics of the build.
i will look in to them to. sounds like something i want. If we pay you extra could we get them painted or is it just no
can't wait to see pics of these when you're done...i bet it's gonna be a pain to make them. goodluck, man.
im def interested in those! keep us updated por favor! hopefully i'll be able to check it out at the bbq.
So... how much will you be charging for the panels??? J/K  They're not my cup of tea, but I'm sure they will look great when finshed. Take some pics while you do the mold. I'm sure it will be pretty cool to see how they're made.
Ok I have taken the last cpl of hours to go over the plan of attach on these door panels and well... They are gonna be a b***h! No worries though. Some modification may need to be made, but no worries. To make these work the easiest way is to modify the pocket area. The spker grill like have to have mesh mounted from behind in place of the factory plastic grill. This will only be for the front doors since the rear dont have a pocket. I will be starting on them this friday.
