Well I made a trip down to the dealer today to look at the new EVO X GTR. The MR will be available in a couple of months. So they didnt have a color of my choice, so YES I put a deposit down. This doesn't mean that I will definately pick one up. Its hard cause I have so much done to my car now except the turbo, but do i hang in there or just start all over? I cant say that I am all that impressed with it. I just really like the fact that it is turbo. I guess its because I already own the same basic car and it s like buying it all over again. Well here are some pics: Also, I am thinking that the RalliArt would be the better choice. It is still very upgradeable. Where as the Mr will be just a simple waste to buy if u plan on moding. It comes complete with everything. Now if you are not gonna change a thing, then the MR would be the way to go. The GTR, well it has more, but only by 41 hp. Which is good, but again if your gonna put a bigger turbo...Is it worth the extra 8-10K. Cuz other than the HP, you can buy all the other accessories for a fraction of the coast. I dont know. So confused cuz I really like STI(yeah yeah- I dont wanna hear it).
u have seen the seats for one 1 and they had plastic all over the seats. They werent having it and they wouldnt let u test drive them at all.
They wouldnt let you test drive? Interesting....so what color were you looking for? I think if you are looking to mod big time you should get an STI, or an older Evo. Edit: After re-reading your post What car impresses you? Its the BMW right? You really should just get what your heart is set on (no homo) But even with that BMW, would there be a reason to upgrade the turbo? Im not saying dont buy it, but to me you have 2 big issues: 1. Buy a car that doesnt have a turbo, but also doesnt have an engine that could handle a large turbo. 2. Buy a car that has a turbo, but really wont need a new turbo. SO MANY CHOICES SO LITTLE TIME
Yeah I have to agree with you there Phil. IMO if you can wait get the RA if turbo is the only thing you want between the regular Lancer and the X. Don't even bother with a MR because knowning you... you will just change it all out anyway. If you want a turbo now then the GTR is the way to go but I would save it and actually get the RA and save some money along the way for more mods...

went to puente mitsu...look at what i found hood and roof so light! trunk super heavy dual exhaust, HID just a more complete version of my car they had this red one, silver and black they were only test driving to serious customers :evil: but 2 were sold there already...asking price 42k 8O 8O RA FTW!!!
