Installed My Intake Today

    So i just bit the bullet and bought the RRM intake. Tell you what this thing is bad ass I love it! It sounds nice as hell. ill put pix soon i havnt tried a zero to sixty run yet i will tonight.

    its raining right now ill take one as soon as i can though crazy florida weather at work ill try also.

    super easy clean swap took maybe 10 mins the intake even came nice and oilled up for me . Its awsome

    why did you remove the intake snorkal? that helps bring in colder air from the outside. was it hard to remove that intake snorkal part? were the plastic srews just a pop off?

    yeah the plastic scrwes just came off i had it on at first then i took it off and it sounds better and feels better also

    people say its better off some say on. i had both of the set ups and i cant tell a difference so i think an average joe couldnt tell the difference

    i also want to get a exhaust system, should i wait or just get what they have on...?

    I WOULD DEFF GET THE RRM EXHAUST IT SOUND GREAT NOT LIKE ONE OF THOSE RICE EXHAUST,AND IT TAKE LIKE 20 MIN TO PUT ON,DIRECT BOLT ON SWAP

    nice im debating to getting that or I may just wait for turbo or different options, how is the throttle response now?

    i like the intake. it seems like a must get for an 08 lancer.


    im thinking about getting a new exhaust, i dont want it loud though

    definatly get the rrm exhaust it is not lous at all, but when u hit it ...it has a nice deep sound ..to me it sounds just perfect
