I Sold My Evo VIII and Got This. [No 56k]

    Well, I only sold my VIII because I'm getting an X MR, but I need a car in the mean time, obviously. Anyway, I just recently got done with it, I didn't go too crazy only a few changes;

    • 18x8 Tenzo Type M Version 2[/*:m:3qsoxgbf]
    • 6000k HID's[/*:m:3qsoxgbf]
    • WORKS Exhaust[/*:m:3qsoxgbf]
    • RRM Intake[/*:m:3qsoxgbf]
    • RRM Springs (1.5" Drop All Around)[/*:m:3qsoxgbf]
    • Tint 5% Rear, 15% Front[/*:m:3qsoxgbf]
    • Lancer Ralliart Style Front Bumper[/*:m:3qsoxgbf]

    i have to say that these are prolly some of the best pics I've seen. The background works well with the positioning of the car. It just seems that when most ppl take pics of their car its just a quick click without thought of the whole picture. Nice work.

    Also, when you planning on buying a MR? I'm sure you already know about how much you're going to lose by trading so soon and with mods. Not gna lie, if i could i would but I'm planning on going all motor with the Lancer in about a yr.

    I'm getting an X MR this April when they hit the West Coast, and I'm keeping this car. I love it to much as a DD to get rid of it.

    I'd love to see your Lancer beast when your all done!

    ^I was wondering who'd be the first to notice....


    Just went out and got some chrome strips, and mesh'd them together. Pretty easy.


    Which part of the set-up? The chrome I did myself.


    No you have to buy that specific frame from that guy I linked you to on eBay. He sells the whole mount.

    That looks amazing, really. I'm loving the chrome grille surround. Where did you get the strips? What kind did you use? Got any closeups? It looks stock!

    I got the chrome strips from a local autoparts store and adhered them to the bumper. Then shaved them down where the strips meet the stock chrome so it would look like one piece.


    Thanks. It's the 580 Freeway right off Crow Canyon by Dublin/Pleasanton. Good eyes. :)
