HKS Hi-Powered Catback Exhaust System

    Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm really liking the sound of the exhaust system this dude has. It's by HKS, and I know HKS performs well.

    Just need you guys opinion on it. Or if any one has the same system.

    Worth the buy?? Down here, it's going for $350+ (installed)

    just remember that guys car is turbo, so a non-turbo lancer might not sound like that.....

    lol thats not a turbo lancer , whoever lancer that is , hes on these forums i believe.

    i seen that same video with the title saying something like "turbo '08 lancer with HKS exhaust".....then someone told me that it was some guys car that RRM is testing their turbo kit on.....*rumor* but the video i seen like that did say turbo on it....

    ok ok, I will clear up everything for you guys.

    My friend saw the video, and told me he actually had contact with the owner of that video.

    It's a 2008 Lancer, I believe a DE. Automatic. NO TURBO. Just a regular HKS Hi-Power Catback Exhaust

    and that vid is old so it cant be an RRM car with turbo :roll:

    Yep this is not a turbo lancer!


    this is thepinoy's car, he is on this forum, no turbo but hes got a 5spd and he ghosts rides the whip

    What website can i go to, to research that exhaust?
    i tried hksusa.com but it goes up to 2006 can't look at anything for 2008's.

    And if i did get the exhaust would i have to get it welded?

    I bet its just a universal exhaust.

    Def not turbo'd

    I remember back in the summer there was this one guy who claimed he had 4b11T in this Gts cause he knew someone. Til this day he hasn't shown us pictures of the turbo. Nothing pisses me off more than liars.

    i got just the hks hi power muffler with custom 2.5 inch piping, sounds great, i will have to get better vids but i think i got one around here somewhere.
