Is it just me or does the 08 stock headlights seem to project further then the HIDs, or so it seems they do? The HIDs are definitely brighter though... Or maybe I didn't put the bulb in right because it was a pain in the a$$ to get it locked in there.. Anyone else have this issue?

i think u should try and adjust the levels a bit, i know that there is a way 2 do that, but dont do it 2 much or else it will cause 2 much glare for oncomming drivers

rite now i dont think that ur HIDs r causeing 2 much glare for other drivers but just be cautious when u adjust them

actually, u can get ticketed unless i'm mistaken for having HIDs at stock lvl if they cause too much glare for incoming traffic... thats IF the stock lvl is causing too much glare...

technically u can get ticketed for having halogen housing with HIDs, any aftermarket HID kit that u put into stock housing is illegal

cause halogen housing + HIDs = illegal

    projectors + HIDs= not illegal

well at least where i live anyways

but most cops dont know the difference, also its a new car so they dont no if they come stock with HIDs or not

Check your headlight aim, by adjusting the levelling screw.

I know that gettin the HID lights to lock in properly was a pain. If you look directly into the headlight housing(with the lights off) Look and see if the bulb is straight in the housing and not kinda crooked. I had that problem once but it wasnt too bad to fix, just some trial and error

I have HID's in my foglights too and they fit like a glove, just perfect lol
