hey i have a 08 es and it doesnt have a sunroof and i want to put one on...so does anyone know where and what i have to get....?
I don't think it will be as easy as it sounds. It doesn't even sound easy. Lol. You'd probably have to go to the dealer, and buy one with a sunroof. Lol. I'm sure there's a "sunroof install kit" or something along those lines.

my best recomendation would b to go to the dealer and have them add it to ur vehicle as an accessory, its gonna cost a crap load iam sure cuz its alot of body and electrical work they gotta do.
are you sure you can add a sunroof to your car from the dealer....!? Honestly I don't think you can do that.... when I buy my GTS... they don't have one with the sunroof... so I have to wait for the next shippment..... so they can are able to cut a sunroof from one without.... please tell me why I need to wait for the next shipment from Japan...^^"
Best thing to do would be to take it to a shop that has done it before or possibly a dealer. When your installing a sun roof or moon root into car that never had one before its difficult because you have to add strength to the roof so it doesnt cave in a little on the install. Also you have to make sure everything is sealed that was there are no leaks later on down the road.
All this sounds not cheap at all. Lol. Might be better off to just go trade in your car for one with a sunroof. Rofl.
You can most likely get it done at a local shop for around 700. Friend of mine got a sunroof on his 06 eclipse it cost him 750 and it came with a lifetime warranty against leaks and parts
O cool. A lot cheaper than I thought it would be, but...I've never really thought about how expensive getting a sunroof would be. Lol. Did they wire it all up and put in a switch and what not for it?
Ye they did everything. It can slide back or go up a lil bit. there's just one switch for it(at least on his) I thought it was a good deal considering the warranty and it looked pretty damn nice lol
