Hello I am new to this forum. I have an Apex Silver 2009 Lancer GTS CVT. I have a question for others that have the GTS Nose Mask. The instructions that came with the mask are terrible. It is a copy in which the pictures are hard to see. The part I am confused about is where you have to insert the stiffeners on both sides of the Mitsu Diamond in between the the bumper area below the hood and the top area of the chrome grill. There does not seem to be any sizable gaps in this area like for example between the headlight and bumper where other stiffeners are supposed to be inserted. I have used the mask for long driving without these 2 stiffeners installed and noticed that air is getting underneath and causing that area of the mask to bubble and stretch a little bit. Please can someone explain how to install the sitffeners in the grill area and possibly post a picture :?:
They go there. that area that looks like there's no space. you have to remember that it's all plastic so it will flex enough to let the stiffeners insert into the gap. i'll post some pics i took from when i was going to do a write up (yeah, those 'instrctions' suck ass) but never did.
