My car is only almost 4 months old and it drives sometimes like my 94 pontiac used 2. some days it has really quick pickup and it goes without a problem and sometimes it drives slow and it hesitates.......is anyone else having this problem or am i just paranoid u think?

Where do you live and what time of day do you notice the performance loss? I know that here in Houston, TX, it gets hot as hell and any 4 banger engine sucking in hot air through the standard air intake system seems to loose some power because of that. Bill
yea see i live in jersey so its always diff. over here but i dont maybe its lazy cuz its been good lately
Sorry to hear whats going on. Take it to the dealer and demand that they do a thru and thru and dont take any crap til your happy.
any car sucking hot air is going to have a performance hit also the fuel is warmer and thus it is not as dense as when its cold so again you loose some performance. then the aircon comes on cause your hot and then the rest of your acceleration goes out the window. if its in the same sort of temps then it will be something else.
I just had something similar to this tonight coming home. In Drive mode, it felt like the car picked up so quick when I press on the accelerator, different to what I'm used to feeling. I will just have to check tomorrow to see if it's any different.
