Lol. Trying to get a G's straight 6 sound out of your 4 cylinder is going to be somewhat difficult. Not only is it missing 2 cylinders, but the exhaust companies design exhaust systems for each specific vehicle with a certain idea/sound in mind. What people want their car to sound like. That's like saying you want your f150 to sound like an aston db9. You'll be able to research and find certain exhausts that aren't as loud or are deeper than others, but I'm going to say you're going to have trouble looking for a G's pitch in mind.
+1 on this. ^^ If you want a lower tone without the "ricer rasp", I would suggest a custom setup that keeps the stock resonator. I have done three custom jobs on mine with the first deleting the resonator and 3"piping.....it was raspy as hell. I went back down to 2.75" piping and re-installed the resonator, and it sounded good. My current setup is a 2.5" full exhaust with the oem resonator, cat, and an AlphaWerks canister. The resonator kills 85% of the rasp that most people get with aftermarket systems. Mine only has a slight rasp when I get up in the 5-6k rpm range, along with a deep tone to match.
Chop shop your exhaust, bro. Junk yard a G35 exhaust and custom fit it with the Lancer. Other than that idea, it'll never happen.
I have the INJEN full exhaust with high flow cat. It's prolly THE best sounding exhaust for our cars. Look into that. If you need help still, get at me! GL.
