Do headers really make a diffrence in our cars?

    so i was thinking of getting some headers.. but its gonna come out to be kinda expensive.. $399 for headers and an extra $90 for a Cel eliminator??
    so i was wondering if the headers really do make a diff.
    i wanna race another Lancer with the Headers on it.
    if i really see a diff ill probably get em.. but if i dont see a diff. i wont..
    any volunteers around The OC area that will be willing to help me out with this?

    i only have CAI and Exhaust

    I have the RRM header and I noticed a difference.

    anyone with a 2.4L have a header installed yet?? if so how do you like it?

    Mitsubishi Lends out their cars to Road-Race.

    Rock let me drive the 09 Manual Transmission GTS they have now. The headers make a difference regardless if it's 08 or 09. Stock sucks.

    The header's don't sound any louder in the 09 then they do in the 08
