custom side markers ?

    i was wondering if the side marker is one solid unit. is there a way to change the bulb inside the encasing or would you just replace the whole piece. one way or the other i would like to either change the bulbs to white LEDs and tint them or buy a whole new one with a white bulb. anyone one got any info what would help, thanks in advance

    On the older Lancers, like I have, I'm pretty sure you can change the bulb out. It looks somewhat aggravating to do, but I think it's possible.

    all the aftermarket lights i find say there for 08-10 whats the difference with the 2011 ?

    Not really sure. I think they're all kind of the same, but I'm not too keen on the newer Lancers.

    i think they would fit fine, and i haven't taken out the bulb but i did tint them. gave it a nice color glow when you use your directional.

    I don't think you open them up. On mine, the older ones, the whole thing came out and you unplug it and you replace the bulb and housing all in one piece. Probably the same way on the new models.

    it is the same way but i want to know if anyone has opened it up, cuz i dont see any custom ones with white bulbs

    If you want to open them, you'll have to use a dremel. The 'lens' is not attached by glue.

    im willing to dremel them open i just have no idea what im doing lol

    anyone seen anything like this done or have any advise on how i should do this ?

    Dremel around the lens cover. Then reattach with epoxy.

    I tinted mine, looks hella nice... when its not blinking. SMH lol (reddish/ orange light now)
