A month after installing the Injen CAI i noticed my cruise control wouldnt kick in when i would pressed the SET button...thing is it DID work after CAI installation, just stopped all of the sudden about after a month...not really a bid issue for me but if i have the feature i might as well use it, right? has anyone encountered this in the past??

PS: it turns on and off just perfect...it just does not take the set speed... :?: :?:

i think you have to be over a certain speed to have the cruise control set. but anyway i got the cai and mine still sets at high speeds.. i don't think the cai has nothing to do with. warranty?

You posted this somewhere already huh. Havent really had any problems with mine lately, I think I was just holding the set button for to long or something, but your switch may be faulty. Shouldnt have anything to do with the CAI either, like blueball said warranty?

Well its cool becuase the first time wasnt really your thread and Im the only one that responded. My suggestion is to go ask the stealership. If your still under warranty you should be covered no problem.

if i remember correctly, u gota be over a certain speed b4 cruise control works. CAI and cruise control i believe shuldnt have anything to do w/ each other.. its like if you break your arm, and saying you cant walk. doesnt make sense right?

^totally right brian...olvhec, i cant go to the stealership because i already ask them about how warranty and mods go about and they said you loose it...and i am not about to take stuff of my car so they can check a simple thing like that...i can live without it so f*** it, you know...lol :D

Yeah I gotcha, well none of your mods can void your warranty unless they can prove the mod caused the problem. But the problem would be if they see your mods now, and they do cause a problem later.... even if you take them off there is always a chance of them remembering your car.
