cortese mitsu... screwed me over.

    screwed me over. when i bought the car back in oct. the sticker in the window claimed that the car had ac. being October i didn't think much of it... well seeing its getting warmer i tried the ac. didnt work took it to the shop to figure out what the problem is, it has the pump and electrical and all the other stuff except the pipes and duct work... my dad went in with me today to see what they would do or say about it. they were complete ass holes about it and wont do shit.. wont even give us a price break on the parts and install. gonna cost apx. 1300 for that and treated us like shit...
    guy claims when he sold us the car that he told us it didn't have ac. which was complete bull shit because we wouldn't have gotten it and was a complete dick about it.. not like hes gonna remember us 500 customers later..



    any suggestions on what i could do?

    fucking sue them ... bitchez .. or at least tell them that u are going to sue them if they don`t fucking fix the problem .. they are assholes .. i would do something about it .. don`t leave it like that bro .. fuck them up .. u are the client .. u are always right

    yea, thats what we are saying, my dads going to talk to people he works with about what we should do and seeing seeing im still young, they take me as a joke :x . and he went to town fliping on the guy who sold it to us... and i think theirs a news company that we can talk to that u tell em what happened and they research it and put it on the news to screw them over. maybe then they will do somtin about it...

    they should fix it for free...they fix mine for free...after all the bullshit they give me of trying to blame it on me and trying to charge me about $1000...plus you should be under warranty...

    yea im under warranty and all, but its not getting fixed they basically never gave me the piping and duct work for the ac. they want to charge me 4 it when the car was bought and it was listed for having ac on the window sticker and there pulling bull shit saying they told us when they never did

    Dude, I had the same sh*t go down with the Cortese I went to. Took it for a test drive, 2 salesmen went with me, "it has like 8 speakers, ipod connect, sirius radio, a mention of ac, blah blah" and it has NONE of those lol. Granted I didn't exactly care to check, I should of, but the car I traded in wasn't exactly legit either :lol:

    my car is about to get lemon law i filed papers today someone in my engine is fucked up and they told me they don't hear a squeezing noise when i turn the car in i was like OK ride with me and took it to mc donalds and asked a Mexican girl if she heard it and she was like yes what is wrong with your car and they were like we don't hear it and now they are saying they cant fix it so i got a lawyer and getting my money back plus sum

    it doesnt matter what they "told" you. it matters whats in writting. if you have that sticker, then your all set. if not, i think you can do some kind of VIN search thru some website that will tell you all the factory options any particular car should have. not sure what site it is, but i know i've heard people doing it. perhaps carfax.com?

    aight. yea they did the vin number that day and it wasn't listed. so my dad contacted the owner yesterday and was complaining. he was a nice guy. and they talked...
    well he said that the dealer ship was going to pay 1/2 of the 1300 so we would pay 650 for it. then my dad asked if there was a way if we could pay it over 2 months and he was going to help me pay... he then offered to help us personally and pay 1/2 of what we had to pay because of what we went through. so the dealer ship is paying 650 and my dad said he was going to pay this for me so hes paying 325 and the owner is paying 325...

    honestly we thought we were fucked and they weren't going to do shit... well things pulled through for the most part and we are paying 325 out of 1300 for the ac..

    i guess its not a bad compromise and is good enough for me

    i dont think you should pay at all...even if it was 1/2 off...thats why they have the warranty...if my dealer is going to do that, they are going to see hell right in front of them...

    yea. but warranty wont replace something thats not listed under the vin. report they pull for what the car should have and all do they????
    i thought they just replace defective parts...
    and yea i agree we shouldnt be paying. but hell my dads dealing with everything cas hes good like that. so im leting him do that, so hes gona pay for me and we only have to pay 325 outa 1300...so i guess not to bad
