Ok, I am gonna take those wanna b c/f pieces that I know that r in my GTS that go along the dash and r on both front doors and overlay them in real carbon fiber. Since I have a RED stripe around the black on the exterior, Im gonna spray a red candy over the c/f and lay 6 coats of clear to add a lot of depth to the parts. should b sick. I will post pics as this progress'.
im thinking of doing the same thing but im going to remove them and have them molded for real c/f i have to talk to this shop that does a lot of custom body and interior work ive see what they have done they have a full c/f bike which looks sick
thats ez to do but you need to b careful that they will mount back on. I have mine off and stripped dwn ready to go. Mine will be real c/f but just with a good backing to hold them in place. I have made numerous c/f parts for rally teams, race teams and so on, but for our market, its just not cost effective. Im gonna order these parts from Mitsu. and have a few ready to go for those who r looking for a nice cost effective upgrade.
do you have pics of the c/f parts you have made so i can compare .. ive seen they're work and plus i havent talked to them to see how they are going to do it
let me c about dwn loading from my work pc and c what i can put up. Some companies pout about things like this at times, but let me see what i can do.
