Hey there Im new to LancerTuners.com so this is my first post I just brought home my brand new Lancer GTS with sun & sound and Nav & Tech and i drove home from the dealership went to dinner and came home and i go to start the it and the little twist thingy doesnt twist so i put the actual key in and nothing happens i can twist the key but nothing...any suggestions? I hope this makes since its just im tired, extremely excited, and pissed at the same time... :?
so you have the fast key, am i correct? check if your steering wheel is turned if it is, twist it the other way and twist the key. if the key twists but doesnt start up give it like 5 min then try again. if it still doesnt work, call the mitsu you bought it from you key might need to be reprogrammed
ya i had already tried to turn the steering wheel but it didnt work and i waited i will definatly call mitsu tomorrow.. thanks for the help
yea im all out of ideas, best bet is to call it might be your key though needs to get reprogramed or something
Well i guess it was all my fault last night when i was trying to figure out how to use the navi I turned off the ability to remote start so after talking to the dealership,who were no help i figured it out on my own BTW I love my new car!
