has any one had any problems with their car starting?? leaving work, its only 20 ish out, not to cold, but my car would not turn over to save its life. its turned over easier when it was 0 out once. it was kicking over but would just not turn over, turned the key for a few seconds thinking it would maybe work. but it didn't... waited for a min or 2, then turned over after waiting very easy. ive had probs. be for with it starting, but not this bad.... also while driving b 4, i dont know if it had any thing to do with this problem, but when i came to a stop light and stopped and my car's rpm dropped very far. to about 200-350 rpm(i believe), and i thought it was gona stall out but didnt some how... its an 08 DE 5spd. and yea. when i stoped i put my clutch all the way in and took it out of gear. =/
and im planning on taking it to the dealership tomorrow morning when i get out of class to see what they say, but any input is very appreciated
Yea i am In NC it will be like 30 outside and the car will just turn and turn and not crank until i stop turing it over and try for the second time and it will start
30 in north carolina...??? damn, didnt think it got that cold, but yea. it was several times for me today.
viewtopic.php?f=119&t=4753&p=58158&hilit=dtc#p58158 or http://9glancers.com/index.php/topic,19.0.html Basically you probably need the new relays, mine does this sometimes as i have not had them replaced.
not sure exact but around 20k, thing i dont get, its been way colder and ive had no problems, 20 is kinda warm compared to some of our temps. and it just randomly decided to do that =/
i took it to the dealer today after work, but they were not doing repairs because it was to late, but he told me he thinks that it has to do with the relay like you posted, and also about the idle issue when i stopped said they have to adjust a shit load of things including the clutch???.... well i guess im taking it in tomorrow morning b 4 my classes
