Whos Red car is next to KRUs'?

I ask becuase you can tell its lowered compared to the next red car in the line. What springs were used? RRM, works, or someone elses? Seeing pics of a lowered lancer by itself, you cant really tell much, but next to a stock one you can definitly tell. Makes me think about doing it myself.
