beginning lancer build with many questions

    Hi i just found this site and its pretty awesome i had a few questions i would like to ask and maybe someone with more knowledge then me can help, itw ould be much appriciated before i start tearing this thign apart and spending foolish money on the wrong parts lol. all these questions are for a 2002 OZ, 5 spd and unfortuetly bone stock

    whats the best way to go with lowering springs and suspension, good but also with a decent expense looking to build a scca car

    exhaust- decent but also with an expense in mind.

    power-best way to create more low to mid power for cornering

    any other ideas for begining told build an scca car.

    i'm sorry if i seem dumb i've built drag cars all my life and this is my first import so bear with my ignorence lol
