Hey Guys, My name is Simon, I'm from Tasmania, Australia (yes where the Tassie Devil comes from lol!) I've been reading the forums for a few weeks now and thought it was time I got off my bum and signed up lol. I currently drive a 2004 Lancer ES, at the end of November I signed the papers for a 2007 Lancer VRX (GTS for you guys in the US) in Lightning Blue. I was due to have the car very shortly after that, but the shipping company have been lazy and not put it on a boat yet to get over a 500km straight of water :x Hopin it will show in the new year :wink: So just thought I'd intoduce my self and say G'day. And the same goes for you. Sometimes you Aussies get parts that aren't offered here in the states. I remember paying $600 for a header shipped from Australia just because it was the only company producing parts for the car. Welcome to the team.
Welcome! I have 3 Aunts that live over that way (1 near Sydney, 2 over around Perth). She just came over for a visit, and was surprised that I had a Lancer (06). She complained that the interiors available in AUS came only in dark colors. Hope you like your new baby!
