A paltry 16.65 sec. But I believe it is possible to drop more than one second with some minor modifications, and especially with an ECU swap. The ECU is holding back this car as hell!
i was just curious because now that you're gonna get mods i can look forward to seeing what type of improvements you've made. 8)
Yeah, I went to the track with my stock GTS to get a reference without mods. I don't think anybody with a stock CVT GTS will do any better.
Why be pissed?? Those are decent # for a stock CVT GTS. Road&Track was only able to pull a 15.9 in a manual GTS with a "professional driver".
That's why I figured I could log low-16 times rather than high-16. I blame the poor conditions at the track
Winter is closing in on us up here, and the track closes at the end of October (beginning of November if we get lucky with Mother Nature). So I may not be able to post some numbers again before next spring (April). But I'll keep you posted on developments for sure!
haha^ hopefully u werent turnin "those" 12's at tha track....but man if you just replace the ogre stock muffler you would probly drop some 10ths of a sec. that thing has got to be restricting the car alot nd hell it weighs like 50lbs!...and as of now other then ecu swap its probly the biggest performance wise gain you can get....my .02...
