Advice on new headlights

    I am in dire need of new headlights... my stock ones are all scratched and i want HID and new housing!! ANy one know of where to check them out that are good quality and not too pricey? if not where then what type is the best for a black 02 oz rally edition? (i def dont mind doing the research) i dont want black black housing, i just want it kinda tinted like that comes with the HID already to stick on my baby.

    I don't think you'll find anywhere that sells HIDs and a reflector housing together, being as that is illegal. But, I know a few people on eBay sell a projector housing with HIDs already installed for like $200 or so. But, I would recommend buying the HIDs from DDMTuning.com. All of their products are very nice, cheap for an HID, and they're very helpful.

    i want hids too but its illegal like he said ... im happy with my cedias and silverstar lights

    Check into the depo projectors for our year. I bought mine a couple months ago and I love them.

    HID's are illegal if you have a reflector housing, technically. Its mostly just the reds/blues/greens and other abnormal colors that police look for. As long as your lights are white, or relatively close to white they usually won't do anything about them. And, if you have a projector housing, HID's are legal. Not blue ones and colored ones of course, but the projector housing is what HID's are made for.

    Yeah , im going for the white/clear lights. i am getting new housing so that helps with the type i need to get. Thanks

    just go to carid.com they have some cool headlights with an optional hid upgrade i think its 230 for the lights i got with the 8000k hid kit and it states that all the part are DOT approved and there is a stamp on the headlight itself saying that they are approved as well as paperwork upon arrival should you end up getting a ticket all you have to do is show the documentation and your good
