Hey guys. What do you think? With a Works reflash, RRM Pulley, RRM header, and a custom SRI, can a GTS be competitive with a stang? What would it take to break into 14s in a 1/4. Im new to the Lancer so Im still trying to get feedback before I start buying.
may be a stock v6 to break into the 14's your gonna need a hell of alot of money, just turbo it it'll get you in the 15's maby into the 14's if tuned right reading your other thread, youd have to build an NA car still cost you alot of money you might as well turbo it lol
ok first a v6 mustang wont take more than the injen cai, timing control box from rrm and a floored pedal. second with all bolt ons a 15 is possible turbo'd is a for sure 14 maybe 13 idk ask serious08.
My ES Sport CVT has beat every v6 Mustang I have went up against with just SRI and exhaust, now that I have headers and crank pulley as well the lead is fairly comfortable.
NO... My GTS CVT had WORKS flash with the 93 map, CAI, RRM headers, GReddy Ti-C, and RRM pully. Best I ran was a 15.7
preadator performance has a 09 gts that does a 14.6 on the 1/4 mile with only a sri, axle-back, pulley, and tune
so even with those mods you barely broke into 15s in a 1/4 huh? Im gonna need internals then. Does anyone know if there are any internals available yet for an 08 GTS? i.e. cam, pistons, etc. Ive heard that Caliber pistons are a good start.
dude honestly thats a lot better than it is now so 15 is great for this car non turbo. either turbo it or give up ur dreams a smokin gt's and shit cuz it wont happen n/a...
dam how many are here with crank pulleys, im just waiting for the post that says my crank snapped in half lol im hoping you guys have the rubber in between
