I was just browsing ebay and some dude is selling vinyl at 20% dark for the tail lights. has anyone done this yet?? if so, is it as easy as he makes it out to be?

It just requires a lot of patience...

Personally when I have ordered vinyl for any reason, I always buy double the order so I have backups incase I fuck up

Ive never bought vinyl for my car, so I cant help you there. Talk to Kinkbmxrydr though. He helped out a guy who does headlight/taillight vinyls for our car....bluebatmobile I think the guys business is called. Youd have to talk to Kink about it.

i saw that same item on ebay, i thought it was already precut, but jst like suba said, u may need two jst in case you mess up, coz if you haven't worked with vinyl before it may be a challenge, but if you've worked with vinyl before it shouldn't be that bad

I bought precuts from bluebatmobile. I found it hard to evenly place it on the outside of the tail light. it seemed nearly impossible. I think a sheet of vinyl would be easier and cheaper then gettin precuts

agree 100%, the entire sheet is better. I have learned that the hard way. Plus any extra sheets can be used for other stuff like third brake light and such.

i'll tell you right now that the spray sux balls. i used that shit on my old car and ended up sanding both my taillights down and putting them back to normal.

lorenzo is overpriced lol he's gonna charge u 250 for tints and then if u dont got the tint protecter thats another 100. there a bunch of other tint place's taht will do it just as good. My boy got his tint at lorenzo and one window had a decent size bubble so no one is perfect.
