What is the best way to route the power cable and speaker wires to the trunk?

its really easy. I wouldnt pay someone else to do it. getting through the firewall is the hardest part. after that all you have to do is remove the flooor trim on either the passenger or driver side and feed the wire underneath that. it'll take you all the way to the trunk. you would be paying a shop $150 for about 5min of work (as far as covering the wires up)

i just ran it through a gap in the fender and then in the door when u open it theirs a rubber hose that i just sliced open a lil and ran it into the car that way, then under the floor trim and then there's a lil gap u cant see but take it inbetween the corner of the back seat where the trim ends and it goes right into the trunk.
a wired clothes (sp?) hanger helps a lot getting it through that rubber hose and also through the back seat...
geting it into the cab is the worst but once you do that its all easy. just takes patients

If you aren't comfortable doing it or feel that you may do it wrong, hire a pro.

I will tell you that an amp install is one of the easiest things to do in this business. It can turn into a long process but its easy.

Just remember to run the power wire down one sideof the car and the RCA, speaker, and the remote turn on down the other side.

SeRious08---- i always thought that to, but i was talking to some one at a shop a while back, and i guess theres a lot of power but not enough to really mess with the frequency enough so it should be aight to run them on the same side. at least i have, but hell he could be wrong and i could be wrong, but so far its all good with my amp and sub

you can do all that crazy shit them guys are talking about but the best way I found was to run it through a gromit on my passenger side although your car is different because it's newer Idk if you got the same stuff but i imagen you would anyway what ever you do just gon't run it underneath your car that is a bad idea. once you run it through just lift up the trim a little and run the wire there. as for your rca's and remote wire i ran those on the drivers side and back.

I ran my 4gauge cable through the hole where the hood release line goes through. I could not find any other way of getting it through the firewall.. Even thought of zip tying it to the brake lines but couldn't figure a way of getting it into the trunk.

im glad you didn't zip tie because if you did all those wires get exposed to the ground and are at the mercey of stones and rocks.once the plastic cracks hello crosion.

Interference or pink noise can be introduced through the rcas and power wire. During an install, you should try to minimize this as much as possible. I would be really pissed if I got everything ran together and then started my car and noticed that I could hear engine/alternator noise in my speakers. Cheers either way.

I ran my power through the fire wall were theirs a gromet that opens to the ac/heat blower reach up behind the blower and pulled it down then ran it under the door trim to the trunk. I had to get a signal reducer hooked it to the RCA wires to the amp and the noise went away.
