here is my currrent grill ^ it doesn't look good, look at the chrome on the right where i attached but i am kinda tired of the ralliart chrome, and i want to re vinyl it since my vinyl is kinda getting messed up and drop the vinyl down lower aswell so i can have an evo look and clue where i can get vinyl for pretty cheap just minimal amounts
try ebay or creigs list, or google just shop around. maybe even a pepboys or somthing you would have to look.
I removed the grill and painted the entire thing flat black including the emblem. I masked off the car and painted the middle portion under the grill flar black as well as the the inner part of the bottom lip. Will post pics tomorrow when its light outside
as a trade in... ya... private sales... won't do anything.. if anything... it'll raise the value. the blacked out front is pretty high demand
if you have the patience and basic skills to paint and mask off your car its pretty simple to do. Just make sure that you def rough up the clear coat really well to make the new paint adhere to it. You can use one of those scotch pads to do it or a 300 gritt sandpaper. Be sure to clean the surface really well after sanding and make sure that it has a smooth finish. Good Luck!!
