I have a lancer DE and it doesnt have the little extra lip on the front bumper and i guess there is more on the rear bumper and sides. Does anyone know if its available to get put on a DE and if so how much does it cost.

They are called front air dam extensions and side skirts, you can order them online and they basically bolt right on. Since they are OEM you can get them factory pre-painted to match your vehicle's color as well.

Expect to pay around $500 for both shipped, and just install them yourself.

i just recently installed both side air dams, and side shirts on a black lancer es. Now the ride looks just like GTS.. Well from what leeminho86 said that they bolt right on is not entirely correct. There is drilling involved. On the front bumper. you will have to take the bumper off. because inside the bumper there are little markings that show you where you will have to drill, in order for the plastic clips to line up. as well as for the side skirts drilling is involved. Under neath the car there will be rubber like holes thats where you will basically bolt the side skirts on with bolts that are provided in the kit.. But on the top of the side skirt you will have to drill into the body of the car. I think there is like 8 plastic clips that are supposed to go into a drilled holes and lock in there.... also 3m tape is provided.. and i tell you that tape is strong..

drill holes big enough for the clips, to go in easily. try not to brake them they are plastic

yea it was preety basic to install them. it looks hard on paper but when you start doing it it will be easy. i think you need 8mm bits for the sides and 7s for the front or a dremal for the front

what schematics are you using? xfactor? i believe i have some bolts missing and their guide doesn't go into high level detail so i have no idea if i can complete the installation. if you are using a different guide plz post a link thanks.
