the clip is with RRM header v2, injen SES, RRM piggy, RRM timing box, RRM sri. there are still some problems but RRM it helping me out with resolving it. i have a CEL P0137, that o2 sensor low voltage(bank1 sensor 2). and the other problem is that when the car is in drive it doesn't sound right. here's a clip of that the exhaust moves a lot and i think it's causing a exhaust leak. the think is that all off the bolts are snug. i have been playing with this for 2 days now. hope you enjoy the first clip and your input on the second clip.
well they found the problem. well let me start off my they missed it the first time. so i had to go right back. the problem is that the exhaust and motor mounts move so much that where the spring bolts and the donut gasket are it's opening a small hole and that's the sound of the exhaust coming out that hole. so they said i have 2 options. 1 is to make the car less torquey(sorry don't know how to spell.) or to get newer and stiffer motor mounts. they also said that i don't get it fixed soon the donut gasket will ware out. the problem is that i don't know how good RRM urethane filled mounts are and i just don't have the money. i don't know of any other company that makes them for my car.
i just thought of something else that would help with the engine movement. a torque damper, but no one makes one yet.
Man that sucks!!! - I guess i gotta get creative and make some bracket to hold this exhaust -- after all that 2hrs of putting that header up. So it will just gonna keep leaking???
I have the same problem man. If you look at the clip i posted of my R/A, you can see the whole system move...especially on start-up. Luckily, mine hasn't caused a leak.
