Hey guys! Will these rims fit my 09 lancer SE (Canadian Version)... 18x8.5 +46 with 225/45/18's? I know it's pretty close but has anyone had experience with this size of rim and tire combo? I'm planning on getting the works emotion xt7 rims and I like a little concave and width in my wheels, unfortunately there was no 18x8.0 to play it 100% safe. Any input would be greatly appreciated thanks!
great looking wheels in person. 8.5 +46 will fit without rubbing if your not aggressively lowered. though with a +46 offset, the wheel won't look even close to that picture. with +46 offset, the spokes will look flat not concave at all. i got a buddy here in NY with an evo x and he's got that exact concavity on his xt7s like on that pix above, he used 18x9.5 +20.
I have a 2008 ES and am using a set of 18x9 et 38 on the car and have no problem, just dont use 245/45zr18 tires, they will rub
