Ok, so i am usually expecting my bill to come for my car around the 23rd of each month and its always due on the 8th of next month, Well i just realized that the bill did not come. I called the place that i am paying my car off and they asked me to enter my account number, then machine says that account number is invalid, then it says to enter SSN i did that and says that this SSN is invalid. I have no idea what's going on with www.citifinancialauto.com but they may have gone under... i will try again tomorrow. oh also our mitsubishi dealership closed down due to poor economy, the lot is for sale with mitsu cars still on the lot... Anyone has the above problem?
:lol: maybe you got a free car? I would contact Citi Bank ASAP... you don't want your car to become repo'd because of there error....
the thing is i did, i still have all day on november 8th to pay which is right now on east coast. after i enter my account number in it says its invalid... and same for SSN.. i am clueless. Yeah may be i do have a free car. its their fault, when i get through on the phone to speak to someone other than a machine i will yell at them, if they charge me late fee i will call back and yell at them some more!!
when i bought my car. the something happened to me. i had to go back to the finacial dept. at the dealer and talk to the again. it turn out that my paper work go lost in the mail and they had to redo the contract. because they f***ed up i got them to pay for the first 4 months of the loan and the late fees. pretty cool don't you say.
This is weird, I got 4 more months left to pay on my 2nd car, an 2002 Mazda Protege ES, I still got 4 more of those payment tickets on the book. When I went to the bank to make this month payment they told me that I have only $19.93 left to pay, not the $360.90 that I usually do. To make the story short today I got the title for the car, I also check with the bank again and they said the car is paid in full. Don't get it, but the car is mine now.
Get it taken care of ASAP. Just keep calling bc they will take your car and you will have bad credit forever
hey bro they started towing the cars off the lot yesterday , sucks we got to drive to charleston or worse get towed there if something goes wrong i e another tranni breaks in this "beast" lol. Did you ever get it straight, park the car in back hide from tow trucks till you find out whats up
yeah i got it taken care of, I called the next morning and the system accepted my account number and SSN weird i know. Then i spoke to some woman i yelled at her why i did i not get a bill. She said the bill was send out on october 14th, so i guess it got lost in the mail... So i made a payment over the phone and she has waived a 14.95 pay by phone fee. So i am good to go. from now on i will monitor all the bill activity closer... :bigsmurf:
