    Hey guys,
I was thinking about ordering my springs for my car pretty soon. I'm looking at getting either the Eibach Sportlines or the RRM GRIPs.
Just wondering if anyone here has installed theirs themselves and how difficult it was. Which springs do you recommend?
    Thanks!

It is actually really simple, but I have been doing it for awhile now. Once you replace one, the others are very easy. Air tools help make it easier also. The choice of springs, depends on how far low you want to go. Either springs are a good choice, fyi, RRM G.R.I.P.S. are made by Progress.

Well I really just want it to look classy, not like a ricer or anything.

i would go with the eibach because the grip spring you can't hardly tell that the cars been dropped. but that's me. installing spring is not hard it's take a will if you haven't got the correct tools and have never don't it before. if you do the work your self pay close attention to how you take it apart. it has to go back on the same way. that the most important tip i can give. i did it myself and had never done the work before. 5 1/2 hrs. i took my time to make sure i did it right.

yeah they were really easy to install it was just the compressing the springs for me that sucked, it took me a bit but it was my first time too. i have the rrm springs and its true it doesnt looked like it was lowered but i am putting on a body kit so i cant go any lower anyways

Is it just me tor does this not make any sense?
You went for the Eibach because the grip's drop wasn't enough?

I just installed my TEIN springs for the 08 and 09 lancer and it looks awesome. Wasnt too bad to replace the springs as long as you have the right tools and an impact!!!!!!
