    i read somewhere that the 4b12 09 gts doesnt apply to the cali spec...09 gts cali spec with 4b12 is still 148hp no changes there...ive check out the dealer and saw the 09's with 4b12 has no change in hp...dont know about the other dealerships...

    well cali has the PZEV cars so maybe they just retuned the 4b12 to be more eco friendly

    It's good that they made the upgrades, but if you're going for big horsepower (most likely a turbo) I don't think it would make that much of a difference in the end.
