Do you have any aftermarket parts on? ex. bulbs, intake, exhaust, etc.

my guess its your a/c compressor. either the a/c clutch isn't engaging fully and slipping. or there's a problem with the compressor itself and it's trying not to turn at the same rate your belt wants to push it.

with the car off, take a look at the belt and look for signs of damage on the ribbed side and the smooth side.

*****be careful***** with the car running and the A/C running watch (carefully!!!!) what your a/c compressor does as it cycles on and off. if you get yourself caught up in a fanblade or belt, IT IS NOT MY FAULT!! ;) try to find someone experienced to help you.

It happens with a new car, Just breaking it in. Happened to mine as well, and like you was wondering WTF?? It went away after about 7000km when others on another forum were complaining and everybody was saying the same thing that I mentioned above.. but as you mentioned above, your car Isn't really new so what I mentioned above has very little relevance unless this is the first time your using the AC

the only modification that i have on my car is a pair of HID, but i can smell something like burned rubber even if the lights are off, so i dont think that its the problem, or it could be?

Just a thought, did you check and see if you had a plastic bag or something that got stuck on one of your pipes or belts, etc.
