    well i can say i am very happy now :D good luck to everyone with there lancers,they are nice cars,but my taste has went elsewhere.

    Are you shipping it to them? How much did you sell for? I'd sell to a Canadian if they wanted it shipped from Cali haha.

    You may want to check to see if the warranty still works in Canada. Had a friend purchase a car from the states and the dealers in Canada cant give him the warranty. It may save you the trouble in the long run as they may want thier money back.

    thats stupid,it should be liable at any mitsu dealer,not just in the states.lets say i took a road trip in canada and my car breaks down.well i need to take it to a mitsu dealer here in canada to get it fixed,.....they cant cause IM from the USA....that would be an ignorant excuse.

    Nice, grats on the sale. Not sure why they are so expensive in Canada especially since the canadian dollar is stronger than the american dollar. Kinda weird.

    yea,well got off the phone with Mitsu. and they even said the warranty will void in canada since it was bought in the States.BUttt,whomever does have one in canada from the States,they can drive back to the USa to have it serviced and the warranty will still be liable.

    thats really stupid >.>'' (not calling u stupid calling mitsu) why would i wanna drive like long trip to go to us to get my car serviced =_='' really a pain!!!!!

    Ya the person who buys it wont want to drive back every 6 months esp. if his far from the border, you might run into trouble with the buy wanting his money back or get sued because you knew this information and didnt pass it along. Where is the buyer located ?

    Not trying to dampen your sale but it may be a pain in the ass in the future.

    overly priced...

    US price for a 5 speed manual GTS with sun and sound MSRP = around 20 000$

    Canadian price for the same car is 27 190$

    Canadians are importing cars from the us more and more because of this and the fact that the canadian dollar is almost = to the US dollar.

    But car manufacturers have different opinions about this. Some won't allow it, some will void waranty etc...

    Were are getting scre*ed here in canada !

    Well I also thought bout trading the Lancer, getting an X MR, and getting my wife an STI... only problem she hates stick shift and I'd have to handle the MR to her and keep the STI myself (and i dont want that! lol).

    Sad to see another Lancer owner go... here in FL, more n more girls are starting to own Lancers, im affraid the same thing tha happen w the tC is bout to happen to our Jewel.... oh well

    Hey let me know bout someone in canada who wants to buy a black lancer lol!
