Just got a call saying that Greddy has pulled all of its exhausts and they are putting them back into reaserch and developnment, bc the tip is melting the bumpers. Its going to be 6 weeks or so, just thought I would let you guys know.
da*n just when i'm about to order. very good to know though. CF exhaust shield?..... seems like it might deform or something to though.....
Hopefully all the vendors send them back to greddy, so if I had a Lancer and planned on getting a Greddy cat-back make sure you get the redesigned cat-back and not the old one. Anyone have the part number of their just pulled cat-back exhaust so other members don't buy it? (Until the redesign is released).
I wonder if they are going to compensate the already greddy owners. that would be nice, since this is sort of a major design flaw, Revoking Acceptance FTW
my rear bumper already melted the clearcoat and burned to black i installed it like a month only.... so what will Greddy do about this? are we gonna send them back the exhaust to them and they will send the fixed one to us? omg thats so trouble my rear bumper already kinda fxked up, how can i fix the burned black area?
