i think CAI > SRI... but remember, u lose throttle response w/ CAI...

    Not really.
With the Fujita, when I pressed the gas, the car jumped.
With the Injen, the throttle response is very, very smooth, which I am loving!!!
And contrary to what people say, the Injen CAI works great with a CVT which I drive.

The CAI is a solid piece of equipment.
I'm still in shock about the performance.

    Injen CAI FTW.

    I know you're joking.

I will never purchase anything from Fujita ever again.
    Their R&D is $hit.
    Their Customer Service is horrible.
It took them about a week to give me a refund.
I even had to call them up and remind them about my refund.
    WTF is that???????????

Pretty much, the whole intake is faulty.
So no matter what you do it, the SES light will come on.
    It's just a bad intake.

sorry but i'd have to disagree, thats all in ur head... you gotta think of it like this... because the CAI has such a longer tube, it takes more time for the air to get into the engine, resulting in a later throttle response as opposed to the SRI which is a very short tube... get what i'm saying? wat ur "feeling" is probably what u want to feel, and therefor u think thats whats happening, but the reality is CAI = more power, longer throttle response, SRI = less power, quicker throttle response

You know what, it may be in my head, but i have it and love it.
    Don't go bashing me!!!!!!
I've had both the Fujita short ram intake and now the Injen cold air intake, and i drive a CVT. And I love the CAI better than the SRI.

I rather have my engine be breathing with COLD AIR than HOT AIR.

+1, i never disagreed w/ u that CAI > SRI... was just pointing out some facts

    I know.
But I can't believe how solid the CAI has been on my CVT.
People give it hard time because "you may lose throttle response." But I love the fact the car doesn't jump when I step on the gas pedal.
Acceleration has become very smooth and more enjoyable.

On a brighter note, the K&N intake will be a good intake because they're taking 3 years to come out with it.
